2:45 – Depart Nazareth HS in civies
***Pack food to eat on the way to Downingtown
4:45 – Arrive at Downingtown West HS
445 Manor Ave,
Downingtown, PA 19335
***bathrooms, unload trucks, change into uniforms, etc…
5:45 – Visual Warm-up
6:15 – Music Warm-up
6:45 – Move to Ready area
7:00 – In Ready area
7:15 – Performance
7:30 – Pack-up, change out of uniforms, visit snack stand
***Bring $$$ for food
8:15 – In stands for Downingtown East and West HS (2 performances)
***Also TWO COLLEGE Band exhibitions!!!! (Boston University Band, University of Massachusetts Band) You MAY elect to visit snack stand during college band performances but NOT the two Downingtown performances
9:20 – Awards
10:00 – Depart Downingtown for ride home
12:00 – Arrive back at Nazareth HS
